i have been living in the same appartment for fifteen years, i complained about a horrible smell that comes from or around the bathroom when we use the bathroom too much we talked to the landlord several times but nothing has been fixed what should i do?

Hi Daniel! As a landlord it is his responsibility to do maintenance repairs on the rental unit and also to make sure that the rental unit is in good living condition and habitable to live by a human. Since your landlord failed to do his responsibility then it would be better if you file a complaint against him. Maybe by doing that he will do his responsibilities as a landlord and fix your problem. You can file your complaint with the RPA, I heard they are very good in handling these landlord-tenant problems.
