Landlord problem
By bkin
My roomate and I just moved into a new apartment two months ago. We signed a lease that said that rent costs $550 with a $25 deduction if we pay on time. We have paid $525 on time for the last two months and now our landlord is telling us that not only do we need to pay $550, but we also owe him $50. Is this legal? If not what can I do about this?
