Landlord responsibility for not informing us of his change of address

By Michelle

We have resolved this situation.  The landlord is taking responsibility for not informing us of his change of address.  We will not be charged a late fee for the payment not showing up at his new address on time. The Landlord responsibility is to inform about his change of address before changing it.

Hey Michelle,

Definately late fee charges are not applicable for you. Also Landlord need to contact you before changing his present address. Here he’s trying to play game also by increasing the rent cost. Thus contact Landlord if there are some number available with you and make conclusion of this or either try to get help from society member for a written documentation about landlord harassment. And don’t forgot to rate this landlord in RPA, So that other rental will not be deter.
