MY LANDLORD IS CRAZY!

Hello there, I have been renting for a few months now. My landlord would call us up threatining us that we dont clean up after our dogs and she will send a fee we would have to pay or we would get evicted. Well for one, we ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTER OUR DOG they are ALWAYS WITH US OR THEY DONT GO OUT, two she hasnt physically seen out dogs out there with out one of us with them with a plastic bag to clean up after them, three she heard rumors from other tenents which we never seen before, lastly she would never come to talk to us she would just yell at us and call and try to complain about us and threaten us to pay extra money when we know our dogs arent the ones that are making mess outside. And when there is a problem with our apartment it takes a long time to get fixed for example my daughter she couldnt take a bath in her own bath because the handle broke and it took them 2 weeks to get to it. Also when we moved in here she promised us they would put a shower head in the second bathroom.. and in June we would be first on the list to get a shower head so we have two showers in our 2 bedroom apartment. We had called her and she basically told us "they wont do it there to busy to clean up after our dogs poop!!!" which I find insulting because we once again CLEAN UP AFTER THEM!!!!! and they shouldnt promise us something and then when we ask they shouldnt say that cuz our dogs are always cleaned up after. And she had the nerve to say "she didnt care what we think and we dont need a second shower head cuz we already got a shower" honestly, that had nothing to do with what we want. we would have never signed this lease if we new so many problems would be happening. yeah the list can go on……… can anyone help me out on this to see what I should do????
