my rights?

By Shawn

I have resided in my apartment with my ex-fiance ( one of the lease holders) ( the other being her father) for about three months and have just been asked to choose between my daughter and my fiance. I packed my stuff and left for two weeks but my job is here and have it waiting still. My ex-fiance let me stay the third and fourth week after my departure in the apartment with her father unaware so that I could still work. Her father does not wish me in the apartment. How long can I stay in the apartment before they can kick me out. And does there request for me to leave need to be in writing? She has moved back in with her parents and the apartment is empty aside from a few of her belongings. She is planning to break the lease in two months.
