What you would like to ask?my heat is broken and i have 2 small kids

My heater stopped running on Saturday and when I called management they said i should’ve called Friday. As if I’m going to call when my heat is running.. I have a 7 year old and a one year old and we got 5 inches of snow that night. How long do they have to fix it? Aren’t they supposed to come right away if you have young children? Thid is also a HUD approved building.
