neighbour accused my 2 year old making noise footsteps…

By yaya

Dear Sir or Madam

My husband and i have a 2 year old toddler who goes to day care from monday to friday. He goes at 7:00 am and comme back at 5 or 6:00 Pm depending on our schedule.

Today i received a letter from the management office of our building stating that we are noisy. When i went to talk to the management they told us that the person living below us complained and thinks that our son is unsupervised. I was very angry because this is a very serious allegation but i want to know what is the nest step if the neighbour continue to complain. I cannot tie a 2 years old toddler and tell him not to move when his is in the appartment. My questions are the following

Shall i answer in a written letter and what is the next step if we continue to be falsely accused. What are their rights and what are mine in this issue.

Thank you in advance for your advice
