New landlord, new lease??
By CLEM
Our landlord sold our apartment and the new landlords want us to sign a new lease with them…this new lease raises the rent, changes our pet policy, and extends our lease by 8 months! We were planning on buying a house when our current lease ends! Can they make us sign their lease or tell us to get out?? BTW, we rent/live in West Virginia.
