noise complains

My neighbor is harrassing me with noise complains. I live on the 1st. Floor my neighbor lives up stairs from me. Other neighbors dont seems to have a problem. The first time he was banging on my door it was 8: 30pm on a firday night the 2nd time was at 11am on a Saturday. Everytime he came down he would just start yelling staying that i need to keep my kids quite. I have 3 kids a 3,6 and 10 years old i dont think they are load but my 3 year old does cry a lot (everytime she wants something, everytime she doesn\’t get her way…) but never because its a loud tv or music. But i have been having problems with him on the day i moved in ie. He can down to tell us bedtime for everyone is 9pm. Where to park when there is no parking asignment. Everytime someone comes over to my apt. He comes out to watch.
