Other Damages i didn’t cause

I just moved out of a apartment and I cleaned all the carpet as required by the landlord. In one room there was a bleach stan and the carpet needed to be replaced.

The Landlord wants to charge me to replace carpet in the entire house because they said they can’t match up the carpet so all carpet needs to be replaced

and i have to pay for it. Can they charge me?
