problem with repairs

I moved into a place wednesday the 9th when i arived with my moving truck i found they had not prepared my apartment no air conditioner no refrigerator no stove 1/2 unit no power broken window. what can i do  my phone is 407 319 8713 bimini bay resort davenport florida owner David meadows my phone is 407 319 8713 debby jones my grandson has asthma and is having issues breathing with out the air conditioner, i just paid 1725.00 in rent so no money to go to hotel please help us
