problem with repairs, bug problems

i rented from this apartment complex for over 3 yrs. out of those 3 yrs. always payed on time. Asked for them to repair or replace shower and bathtub.  The bathroom was so bad ..i could literally see the ground.  In the beginning .  The first year they would come and spray for bugs .  Then that came to a stop.  An investation of all bugs, including: Spiders, Fleas. etc.. I dont even have a dog or a cat or birds.  Filed a 30 day written notice.  Within a week the Apartment complex filed an effiction notice and said i had to be out within 1 week.  That was the only time i  was late.  I have been moved out almost 3 weeks.  What do i need to do so this does not go on my credit and is there a # I can call to resolve the problem.
