Problems with apartment contract

On December 1, 2012, rent a 2 bedroom apartment in West Memphis, Arkansas. I made a deposit and started to inhabit this apartment. From the first day the problems started, as the gateway to the house did not have any security, practically was open, it was fixed by chance after two months of living there. The refrigerator does not close properly and they changed it too much to ask.
At 20 or 25 days began to drop water in the bathroom, which came top bath. Immediately the report and after one week, I reported to management and the technician had it fixed. Even managed water falling from the ceiling followed, I thought it was slipping but was stored, so followed the leak and was growing every day. I fell over to diaio dirty water until I had to choose to go to bathe a hotel, did not know what kind of water was almost certainly that and was it was dirty. This finally fixed it after a month and some days. After started then, of course, but maybe started before as I was bathing in a hotel and practically living there, I did not realize until after arrangement ended leak in the bathroom ceiling, in short water heater started to not work, there was no hot water in winter. The report by more than 8 times and had tidied were coming according to them, worked one day and the next day broken again, so back to the Hotel. Added to this, the deterioration of the heater caused the gas bill was over 50 dollars even though neither I bathed or cooked in the apartment, so I decided to tell management that I was going to leave the apartment because three months she had there, I had no peace nor tranquility and that there had to be spending a lot of money in Hotel, having rented an apartment and do not satizfacia my basic needs, so given that management had been unable to ensure pleasant stay incurring a manifest violation of the contract that provide comfort and customer care, I went out and liquidated my stay at this property. The manager aware of the situation, manifesto that I would return the deposit, if you ought to pay the time he was not renting the apartment, a few days nothing else, ero that I only received the deposit. My contract was for six months, paid more than that just to make the rent contract for six months.
I went out on the first of April, a few days ago I called the company, not the apartment company MAKOWSKY RINGEL GREENBE, located in Memphis, Tennessee, to charge me $ 64.40 for the time reported for walking out before occupying the apartment. Besides the official manifesto me my name, I only received the deposit because I had broken the contract to get out early. My question is not broke them first to make my life very difficult and cause me Hotel costs above expected to power not satizfacer my needs in the rented apartment and pay without delay or retraces even if they offered me the service agreed in the contract being and satizfacion?.
That I can do to get my deposit back?, I have taken up enough and spent enough because of their poor customer service?
