prolem with landlord repair

        that is resturant business, i have five years lease, i move in on july of 2009, there have three air condition in the resturant, there are all about twenty to twenty five year old, since i move in i keep spent the money to fix then, by the person fix my A/C they told me better to change the new one, but so expensive to chang all three, how i can talk to then about the problem.
