Puppies

My dog had puppies, and I tried to not let the landlord know about them, because I am getting rid of them as soon as they are old enough. I ws told there is a time limit given to renters, to get rid of the puppies, before the landlord cna make them pay a a pet fee for each. does anyone kno where i can find that? My landlord spazzed out on me because my son offered him one. Threatened to charge me for each puppy, then told me he could if he wanted. PLEASE help me find out my rights! Thank you.
