rented a house four months ago/ landlord sold house gave me 30 day notice

My Family and I rented a house month to month just moved in four months ago/ landlord sold house gave me 30 day notice. she knew we were looking for long term. I don’t think you wake up one day a say oh am going to sell my house. she did not charge me a cleaning deposit. I did all the cleaning myself. 4 months of hard work. by the time I was unpacked I have to pack it all up again. do I have any rights. I feel like she rented to me under false pretenses. The landlord was only pay half of the rent money to the mortgage. And pocketing the other half. I have pictures of the house when we moved in and how clean it was after we cleaned it. Do I have a leg to stand on. Is it worth taking them to court?
