right to refuse to allow maintenance personel on my property?
By teena81
I rent in a Mobile Home Park where lawn maintenance is included in the rent. I recently found out that one of the maintenance staff (who is also a tenant) is a registered sex offender for indecent liberties with a child. It’s bad enough he lives 4 trailers down from me and I really don’t want him in my yard near my children. Do I have any legal right to refuse to allow him in my yard?
