Seeking advise for normal wear and tear in the apartment

By Kuljeet

Hi Experts,

I just moved out of an apartment in Maryland after 2 years and 6 months and had give $500.00 as Security Deposit initially. On move out, I had the whole apartment got cleaned by the professional cleaner except the paint and carpet. So now the management office had sent me the following charges:
Carpet Damages      : $282.20
Extra Paint Charge   : $210.00
I have taken pictures of so called damages. I am not an expert to determine if these are damages or normal wear & tear and wheather the charges are correct.
Seeking expert advise to determine.
Here is the link for pictures which I took for the damages as described at move out inspection.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Kuljeet
