Short Sale of Property I am renting

Can I and if so how do I file a complaint in AZ against the Landlord/Owner for the following issues:

  • Listed property as a short sale on June 1, 2012 but did not notify me until the latter part of July early August
  • In the MLS it stated up until October 5th, that the tenant would be moved out by the end of June 2012
  • The owner/landlord has been causing me extreme stress to move out prior to the end of my lease in Feb 2013
  • The owner/landlord has been trying to find cause to evict me
  • The owner/landlord has misrepresented to me with regard as to whom would be entering the home and when
  • The owner/landlord has misrepresented the landlord/tenant rights in order to scare me into doing what they want
