Trouble with bedbugs’ management

Okay so i been living in my apartment gor about 3-4 months already and since month one i noticed bedbugs at my apartment and reported them to my management and they came twice to check and didnt find anything so i called a third time after collecting proof pictures and bedbugs in a bag and management refused to send the pest control again and since then have not listen and now im irritated i have a small child (6) and a two girls ages 11,15 that are getting bitten badly . And ive found bedbug eggs and big ones too in my whole apartment ive bought stuff to try and get rid of them but yet wont work ‘ i want to get my deposit back and break my lease if possible , what can i do? Where can i get help? 

Also the carpet is very unsanitary they washed it " using some type of chemical and fucked up the whole carpet the whole apartment ! Its purple and brown ! And it is old ! Never has it been changed ! Even the bathtoom had carpet ‘ though that i did get fixed only the bathroom carpet .  !
