URGENT Question due to time frame

By Debbie

I live in a horrible trailer park, at this point I have lived there 8yrs, and I am month-to-month since a new lease/contract was never presented. At this point they have decided to give me a 30-day Eviction Notice, I have not done anything illegal, destructive, or not in my constitutional rights, I am quiet, my yard is always kept up never trashy, I don’t have dogs, I have not paid for this months lot rent, due to the fact that I am using every dime to move my trailer, I own the trailer I do not pay the trailer park for my mortgage only the lot rent and the water/sewer bill. I am moving my trailer to some land however, I only have until 31 March to do so, the trlr move is scheduled for Friday, 18 March.

Is there anything at this point that they can do to keep me from moving my trailer out of the park?  Please Advise soon due to the time frame…

thank you,
Debbie
