I think thats the shortest post I’ve ever seen! You only created a tile and left it at that. To answer your question it would be better to have some more background information. Your question “Who pays for broken washer” is really incomplete and needs clarification. There are so many variables to this. Here are just a few I can think of:
1) The washer is owned by the landlord
2) The washer is your unit
3) You lease the washer
4) The washer is provided but not included in the rent
5) The washer is leased every month
6) The washer was sold to you by the landlord
Do you get the picture? We need a little more info! I’ll help you, but you’ve got to be willing to help yourself a little. Give us some background info. I’ll look for your new response.

WOW! I’m the first guy to reply on this one! First time for everything! I would say that the landlord is responsible for fixing the washer, typically. It really depends on a couple of factors. I think you forgot to post the actual details… I only see your title and nothing else. Hope that helps!

Spoke to soon! I guess I didn’t respond fast enough… my reply came 2 minutes after the first reply, darn it. So much for my glory! But good point, Michelle, you really need to provide some more info.
