3 people on a lease

To whom it may concern,
I am listed on a lease whit three other leases. I have never lived in the aparment full time. There has been a 30 day notice given before the 1st of March ……what I am wondering is what percentage of the rent I will have to send to the landlord for back rent and for the month of March. Your quick resopnce is much appreciated. Kenneth Wong

Kenneth, if your name is on the lease as one of 3 people, then you are supposed to pay for 33% of the costs. They only way you can get out of paying for your share is by working out something else with your other roommates. Hope it works out for you! |
