Do i have 2 continue paying rent?

I received a notice in the mail that the property i rent is in foreclosure and due to be auctioned on Jan 18. It states the owner has not made a payment since April. My lease is up at the end of March in 2011. The realtor still wants me to pay december and January rent. Do i continue to pay rent? Do i have to be out the house by January 18?
