lockouts personal belongings givin away already

 I was in a mobile home park i was in the process of moving out . I had no eviction the manager changed locks on me. Some of my belongings were still in the home. They dispersed my items already i sent a certified asking for items. But i know they dont have all my items. What should i do next.
