Raise of rent with short notice

I had been renting for $800 then my landlord passed away. The property was sold and the new owner gave me sixty days notice that my utilities would go up $100 which was fine putting me at $900. Now she came and gave me a thirty day notice that the rent was going up another $150. I thought she was supposed to give me a sixty day notice and only increase a certain percentage a year. Am I in my rights to do anything????? Someone help. Im so close to moving and I hate moving. I also think its wrong if she gets away with this.
