New carpet
By Marty Keenan
The townhouse I am currently renting was built in 2001 and the carpet has never been replaced. We have lived in there for almost 3 years now. At what point does the landloard need to replace the carpets? I’ve heard after the carpets are 7 years old. Is that true?
