What is landlord responsible for after a water leak?

I came home a couple weeks ago after a big rain to find that the corridor was leaking from a light.  I called the maintenance office and they set a bucket underneath it.   About a week later the bucket was removed, a few weeks later the leak was back again so I assumed they hadn’t fixed it.

I came home today to find that in the same corridor there are three more new leaks.   When I got inside my apartment I realized water was leaking out of my ceiling fan in the bedroom.  After moving my bed I discovered it’s also coming out of the light socket in the same room and nail holes.   It is also coming out of my pantry where the wall meets, it has the carpet soaking wet.  I believe it is also seeping through the walls since there are dark brown spots all over the walls.  
I do not know what to do.  I contacted the apartment office and they said the guys will be here monday to fix the roof.  I’m worried about mold in the walls and carpet.   Do they have to replace or clean the carpet?  Check for mold?  Clean these walls?  Isn’t this a fire hazard?
