I have no lease it expired on 9/30/11
By Tonya Harris
I gave my rental apt 30 days notice. My lease expired on 9/30/11 and the only form I signed was renewal form stating I would like to stay another year. At this time I was told I would have to come in and sign a new lease. This never happened. Am I legally bond by the renewal form although I do not have another lease?
