Overcharged

I was given this website by my realtor to get a background check for a condo association.  The first time I tried to get both mine and my fiance’s background info it did not work due to internet connection problems.   The next time I did them separately from a different computer and it worked.  These were done on 3/2/12, then on 3/5/12 my fiance’s was run again for no reason and I was charged again.
