We were meant move in are apartment month ago but I new landlord didn’t have place ready,, so we lost deposit in our old house ,, landlord then told us didn’t have pay him a deposit because of this ,,, but now since we moved in he has put the rent up since got in and is demanding a deposit we do not have a lease signed,,  also he is hangin around outside are house for up to 5 it 6 hrs I. His van and using are drive way is there anything we can do
