WATER DAMAGE MOLD caused from apartments over Business

     I have been leasing a shop for 10 years and have had to deal with constant water leaking and dumping into different parts of my salon from the old hotel over my shop. The building is over 100 years old and some of the tenants up there have to share community shower/restrooms. one particular one is directly over my salon. The constant issues have caused me to have to replace flooring as well as repaintover and over again. this has created a nasty musty smell that I can’t get rid of and mold. In the last couple of years I have lost businessbecause of the constant repairing I have to keep doing and the musty smell is worse and worse. I have missed alot of work do to cronic sinus and cold issues. I have always been a healthy person but my family and friends all feel that this cronic illness for this past years is due to the ongoing breathing of the mold and toxins that has been flowing into my shop. The constant illness issues have also caused alot of financial hardship because I don’t make money if I can’t work and I have also put alot of excess funds into the ongoing repairs to my salon. I can’t afford to move my business. And although the landlord claims to have fixed the old leaking plumbing, the mold is still there and it is in the walls and ceilings and has caused parts of the flooring to swell in differentareas. I am worried about my health but I really hate to give up my business. Is there a way to get my building inspected for free? And would it be within my rights to have my landlord pay to move my business into another office building?
