door has no lock from inside

my door has two locks that require a key from the outside.  no bolt lock from the inside.  the apartments won’t fix it. I hate knowing maintance can come in anytime they fell like it even if i am home.  cause i can’t lock it from the inside.  after reading the reviews on the stealing that is going on, i feel lost.
