accessing the pool

i live in my apartment complax for almost 5 year, we have a pool in the building which the landlord is charging $125 membership fee. since i don’t use the pool that often i don’t want to purchas the $125 membership, but i am willing to pay the $5 guest fee.

can the landlord prevent me from using the pool cause i dont have a membership?
i an very furstrated, i have to pretend being a guest in the pool to get in.
