accused of noise complaints unjustly by neighbor

By eb

I’ve really been unjustly accused by the woman who lives below me of making too much noise. She was told that I was not at home during the times the noises occured. She has refused to meet with the Manager and the Social Services Director and myself to try to resolve the issue. The woman was not satisfied with the Managers’ responce and contacted the Supv. in charge of Arizona Retirement Foundation. He informed her that she lived in a Mult-family complex, and that noise is a constant feature of an apartment and that if she was unsatisfied , she should find other accommodations. No police reports were filed and was told it was a matter of YOUR word against HIS. Should I seek legal council for defammation of character if she persists in her false accusations? I think so……….
