apartment keeps flood 8 times in less than a year

my apartment keeps flooding and ruining my thing. I asked the manageif they can move me toanother apartment .

manager told me it would cost me $500 if they move me . What can i do

Sorry to hear about that. You haven’t got any decrease on your rent as well? Try talking to again to your landlord and check your lease agreement in terms of transferring to another unit. Also you can try filing a complaint with RPA for you to get more help.
