Bed bug terror

By key

me and my two children moved into our new apartment in june. as of right now i havent been living in my apartment in over 2 and a half months due to bed bugs. my 5 year old woke up one morning covered in bites. i asked my landlord to check for the bed bugs. which they were found. its gotten worse and in the 2.5 months the landlord has only sprayed twice. i threw out my couch cause they told me it couldnt be treated. i have encastments on the mattresses and boxspring and yet the bugs are still there. what can i do????? someone please help me. i can not continue to pay rent and still have to pay for some else to let me stay with them as well. and i am not going to take my two children back in that enviroment. please someone tell me what i can do?????
