Bedbugs

hi i moved into my apartment on the 16th of just and within that first month i was informed that the building i am living in has bedbugs! tho i never found any in my apartment when i first moved in! now i am having treatment on tuesday but i dont feel that i should have to pay for all the laundry and everything else that comes with it! DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ALL THIS OR DOES MY LANDLORD!
