RETURN TO TENANTS WITH GOOD TENANT CARE OF UNITS ATER MOVING OUT…WHERE IS MY SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Hi, yes it’s one of the biggest questions of renters. The answer is it really depends upon your lease. The lease will state if you will receive a reimbursement of your deposit before you finish the contract. If your landlord violated the lease then you can file a complaint or even sue them.
