can your landlord evict you because you have bedbugs

i have bedbugs in one bedroom caught then on time not infested landlord has wanted me out for years can this harm me in any leagal way that i can lose the apartment

whoa, easy. bed bugs are a menace and they can get you infested without knowing or they may come from your bag or clothing. Now for bedbugs, it wont be your concern. The issue should be handled by the landlord and no he cant kick you out because of this.
