Capital Property Bad Landlord

By NV Renter

I rented a property from Capital Property Management or Capital Property Service or whatever other name they operate under.  They misrepresented the property and claimed it had more parking that it did, lied about CCRs, failed to clean before move in, failed to repair major appliances, then tried to claim damages for preexisting damages to the property, entered the property without permission, threatened spouse to gain access, made sexual advances to spouse, removed personal property and kept it from us.  We sued and won but the case drags on in appeals because they refuse to beleive they did anything wrong.  DON’T rent from these people!!
