Current Tenant Wants to Take in Fosterchild

By sashagirl

My current tenant wants to take is a foster child. Does anyone know the legal ramifications of this? Does something specific need to be added to the lease?  The tentant is great, no major issues and always pays rent. She is going through the process of becoming a foster parents (the child in a friend of her daughter who has nowhere else to go) and has also asked me for my Home Owner’s Name and Policy Number. This is all new to us-any information would be appreciated.
