Damages/evictions
By Kim
in indiana. i have lived in the same unit for five yrs. at the end of my last lease i was told they were remodeling and i was given the option of transferring to another unit or moving. i transferred to another unit my rent is current but i havent paid for the damages to the other unit. i recieved a notice to pay or they would file for eviction. can i be evicted for damages to a prior unit when my rent has always been current?
