eviction notice due to voice complaint

I received a 30 day eviction notice for being to load (talking) I pay my rent on time and do not play load music, I believe this is unfair. I need advice or help

Hi, wow your landlord is strict. What I can suggest is for you to talk to your neighbors and to your landlord and ask for their explanation. Also if you singed a lease check if there are any information about being noisy in there. I think your neighbor reported you so talk to your neighbor.
