To withhold your rent, you need to go to the clerk of court to keep everything legal and to avoid any evictions from being filed. You may need to have that house checked because it looks like, there isn’t enough insulation to keep you warm. You can file a complaint with the RPA too to get your landlord to resolve your problem on heat. |
