How much can I charge for a deposit?

By admin

I’m new to this landlording thing and not sure how much I can or should charge for a deposit.  I’m renting out my property in California and don’t know if there is a max or minimum I should charge.

I want to charge an amount that is competetive.  Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
Thanks!  Richard

Hi, you might want to draft all what you have spend to have your property rented. i think it’s not rocket science but you have to consider how much you have cashed out so you base your amount on that….
