How much can I charge for a deposit?

I’m new to this landlording thing and not sure how much I can or should charge for a deposit. I’m renting out my property in California and don’t know if there is a max or minimum I should charge.

Hi, you might want to draft all what you have spend to have your property rented. i think it’s not rocket science but you have to consider how much you have cashed out so you base your amount on that…. |
