I found out that the owner of the house had not made his mortgage payments and they house was in foreclosure

By anonymous

I went through a rental agency and 5 months after moving in I found out that the owner of the house had not made his mortgage payments and they house was in foreclosure. Through the agencies own admission they knew this information but didn't tell me therefore I was able to make an informed decision on whether I wanted to still move in to the house or not. I had to move and the house was auctioned off. Do I have any recourse again the agency for not giving me this information?
