i sued the lanlord and got athirty day notice

i came home from work and found water on my bed and then i saw my tv was wet and my computer key board my tv was damage and spoke to him about it he did not want to pay for it so i took him to court and sued him  after court he came the following day and handed me thirty day notice and said that no one who sues me is going to live in my house so then he handed me a thirty day notice

When did it happen? And how? Your landlord should be responsible for the damages if it’s his fault. I think it’ll be a better idea to just move to another place so that you won’t have problems with your current place.
