i have tons of bed bugs the manager sent out truly nolan to spray but they are still here i had to buy mattress encasements for mattress and box spring and im haveing to buy chemicals for the ongoing problem is the manager responsible for what i have had to put out and for future purchases of chemicals ??? i appreciate any help in this problem im haveing…..
