Landlady doing illegal stuff

Basically my landlady’s boyfriend happens to be my husband’s best friend. Living here is me, my husband and a roommate. Basically my husband’s friend and my landlady are doing things that are illegal and I have been dealing with this since I moved in here. Basically they come in our house when nobody is home and they don’t tell us them are coming and my landlady is a germaphobe and she starts cleaning things and even leaves us notes about it. On top of that, they even take pictures of things they think are dirty in our house. My roommate is mad too because they enter his room and say things about it. My husband doesn’t want to make his friend mad so he thinks the solution to the problem is keep the house spotless so when the landlady shows up she won’t do anything. I think that we need to go over the laws with them and tell them to comply with them or we will leave, but that would upset my husband, he doesn’t want to do that.
